Daniel’s 70 Weeks Prophecy Explained

1

Imagine being visited by an angel and receiving a promise foretelling a future king who would liberate your people and usher in an entirely new kingdom—a new way of life—free from the crushing burden of sin, shame and guilt. Amazing! But then this promise turns dark, tainted by war, desolation and the end of all you’ve ever known.

Oh, and did I mention this prophecy is wrapped in an exact timeframe so your people can know when all this is going to go down?

Welcome to Daniel’s 70-Week Prophecy.

  1. Greetings Matthew

    Just had a quick look at the pdf of Oswald J Smith about the Pre-Tribulation Rapture and how he denies it.
    I don’t know how you accept that poor writing from a so said great preacher. One of the silly things he says is that a woman in Irving’s congregation had a revelation about it and Darby carried it on. What a load of rubbish he swallowed. I will only mention one thing as I could mention untold reasons for the imminent rapture.
    In 1 Thessalonians 4:14 Paul writes For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him THOSE who have fallen asleep in Jesus. He calls them THOSE.
    In verse 15 he writes For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that WE who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep.
    and in verse Then WE who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so WE shall always be with the Lord.
    In both verses Paul talks about himself as being included as he says in both verses WE and NOT THEY, meaning that he expected the Lord to come in his time, NOT after a distant Tribulation.
    I have been studying the Rapture and end times from the Scriptures each day for over 43 years now and the Scriptures have always taught me an IMMINENT RAPTURE.

    Too many still fall in the category of Ephesians 4:14 As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming;
    like the recent false doctrine from the USA where a “pastor” came up with the ludicrous idea that the “Apostasy” of 2 Thessalonians 2:3 refers to the Rapture instead of the falling away from the faith. He reckons that the “Apostasy” means the born again believers fall away from the earth. What a joke.
